Position Title: Senior CRM Specialist

Department/Unit: Admission and Enrollment

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior CRM Specialist is responsible for leveraging all MarTech and AdTech capabilities, including data interoperability, CRM and Recruitment automation systems integration, tracking and tag management systems, and analytics. In addition to leveraging all inbound recruitment activities, including management of the website, mobile app, nudging communication, lifecycle nurturing campaigns, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch a new modern marketing operations world.
  • Maintain and operate key recruitment systems, including Salesforce CRM, CDP, recruitment automation platform, and other recruitment technology stack components: o Salesforce Suite: CRM, CDP, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio, Marketing Cloud, Datorama o Sitecore Website: Headless CMS o 6Sense and Dun & Bradstreet: Intent Data & Data enrichment o Hootsuite & Talkwalker: Social Media Management & Social Listening o AdTech: DSPs by Agencies .
  • Manage the integration between our recruitment automation platform and our instance of Salesforce for data exchange and lead flow.
  • Monitor and provide input to improve the effectiveness of lead gen and ABM campaigns – Develop recruitment database strategies that deliver database growth, enrichment, segmentation, data hygiene, and completeness
  • Familiar with the post-cookie world solution such as Universal Unified ID 2.) (TheTradeDesk or LiveRamp) – Work with external partners such as Dun & Bradstreet, 6Sense, Bombora
  • Lead initiatives to improve lead scoring (Fit and Behavior), campaign tracking, lead management, and pipeline/revenue attribution.
  • Accelerate our growth with insightful recruitment analytics.
  • Through your analytics capabilities, help our entire recruitment team optimize where and how we deploy our resources to better connect with prospects and current customers and support our sales and recruitment objectives.
  • Own the creation and evolution of a library of reports and dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau and Excel that track key recruitment performance indicators.
  • Contribute to creating inquiry, MQL, SQL, pipeline, conversion rate, and revenue goals supporting overall business outcomes.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support different needs and investigations.
  • Create new CRM journeys to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention in B2B and DTC.
  • Bridge the gap between a technical development team and a strategic recruitment team by creating detailed requirements for projects, like audience criteria, building target audiences and segments in the CRM platform, and if/then logic.
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent.
  • Work closely with sales and recruitment teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition – Execute against a hypothesis-driven testing roadmap for owned journeys.
  • Partner with the Creative team to build visually seamless, highly engaging touchpoints.
  • Launch new channels and utilize new vendors to uplevel the overall customer lifecycle.
  • Execute lifecycle ad-hoc and automated recruitment communications via multiple recruitment channels (email, in-app message, push) for acquisition and win-back purposes.
  • Maintain a content calendar of lifecycle recruitment efforts around live events.
  • Report on campaign performance and aim to hit KPIs and department goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor full-funnel email recruitment tactics to achieve Brand goals. – Manage the email recruitment calendar, working closely with all teams to prioritize and ensure timely execution and organization.
  • Manage and optimize existing recruitment automation tactics.
  • Launch A/B tests, analyze results and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance.
  • Establish tactical KPIs and report against industry and internal benchmarks regularly.
  • Manage Salesforce Marketing. Could account for the organization’s overall contact database health and serve as a CRM and lifecycle recruitment subject matter expert on the Growth team.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends to ensure the business has the best-in-class system architecture, operation, performance, and segmentation strategies and is In charge of the results, learnings, and best practices.

Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role:

  • BSc, MA in Marketing, Management, or similar relevant field.

Minimum Years of Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of relevant and progressive of experience with Salesforce or similar recruitment operations platform, other elements of a modern MarTech and AdTech stack, and recruitment reporting/analytics.

Knowledge:

  • Proven Salesforce experience, especially with the Campaign object, as well as with building Reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance.
  • Strong cross-functional teaming and partnerships with sales, sales operations, and finance to support alignment and integration.
  • Deep experience doing data analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and chart tools; data visualization and communication skills are a must.
  • Experience managing external vendor spend required (services, solutions, and media) – bachelor’s degree: Preference given to those with a degree in Marketing.
  • Expertise in AI, ML & Marketing Analytics Tools.
  • Expert in Salesforce User and certifications.
  • Previous experience in EdTech companies (a plus).
  • Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, and Data Studio.
  • Experience using BI or data visualization tools like Datorama, Tableau, Domo, or others.
  • Experience in building lifecycle marketing journeys within an enterprise-level marketing platform.
  • A strong understanding of statistical testing principles within CRM.
  • Ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a relevant and similar marketing role.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Push to maintain and improve key KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.)

  • Complete all assigned tasks on time, responding to needs/requests in a reasonably timely fashion, demonstrating experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and grasp the team’s new systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe, Contentful, etc.).

Language – Skills

  • English is a must.
  • Arabic is preferred.
