Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

Work Location: UAE

Role Summary:

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management activities across the customer lifecycle. The role focuses on customer data management, engagement programs, satisfaction tracking, and retention initiatives to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Monitor and analyze customer journey touchpoints (sales, delivery, aftersales, retention)
  • Plan and execute customer engagement and retention campaigns
  • Track and report customer satisfaction metrics (CSI, NPS, complaints, feedback)
  • Coordinate with sales, aftersales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience
  • Manage customer complaints and escalations in coordination with relevant departments
  • Prepare regular CRM performance reports and insights for management
  • Support customer communication activities, including surveys, follow-ups, and loyalty programs
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations

Key Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer experience, or customer support roles within automotive industry in UAE
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer databases (automotive CRM experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
