We are looking to hire a Senior Manager – Digital Solutions, who will be responsible for leading digital technology capability and driving value adding solutions for our client, one of the largest semi government organization in the region.This role will play a pivotal part in driving digital transformation, advising business stakeholders and ensuring a scalable, future-ready technology ecosystem.

This is a permanent position and forms a critical leadership role within the IT function.

The Senior Manager – Digital Solutions will oversee a team of Digital Solution Experts across key technology domains ensuring deep subject-matter expertise, strong alignment with enterprise architecture and proactive identification of technology-driven business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Solution Leadership

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of Digital Solution Experts across platforms such as ERP, CRM, analytics, mobility, automation, and data platforms.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of technology capabilities, including configuration, integration, and potential innovation areas.
• Promote proactive identification of digital opportunities that enable business optimization and transformation.

Business Engagement & Advisory

• Partner with Portfolio Managers during initial business discussions to advise on solution options and technology capabilities.
• Participate in ideation and requirement-gathering sessions, ensuring business needs are aligned with feasible, scalable technology choices.
• Translate requirements into solution recommendations that balance speed, cost, maintainability, and long-term value.

Solution Design & Architecture Collaboration

• Work closely with the Application Development & Maintenance team to determine build vs. configure options and validate solution designs.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure solutions align with data models, integration patterns, and architectural standards.
• Oversee creation of high-level solution blueprints and ensure smooth transition from design to delivery.

Technology Capability Management

• Maintain deep understanding of digital platforms and emerging technologies across CRM, mobile apps, portals, middleware, analytics, and automation.
• Lead capability reviews to identify gaps, rationalize solutions, and drive modernization.
• Evaluate and pilot new technologies in collaboration with external technology partners and vendors.

Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to IT governance, cybersecurity, and architectural standards.
• Implement mechanisms to evaluate solution quality, consistency, and reusability across projects.
• Promote continuous learning, innovation, and best-practice knowledge sharing within the Digital Solutions team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in digital technologies, solution design, or enterprise systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in digital platforms (ERP, CRM, analytics, mobile, integration, automation, portals, etc.) and strong understanding of solution design principles.
• Strong knowledge of technology capability mapping, solution advisory, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and collaborating across IT functions, including Business Relationship Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Application Development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop specialized technology teams and foster a culture of high performance, learning, and accountability.
