Senior Officer – Talent Development Center (Emirati Talents)
Job Purpose:
Execute Business training plans to support on building RTA Business capability.Coordinate with
suppliers and oversee logistics to ensure smooth program delivery. Maintain accurate training records and analytics. Update dashboards and training reports to evidence training effectiveness and support decisions.
Operations:
• Implement Business training plans in coordination with organizational units, ensuring
adherence to agreed schedules, participation targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers for Business training-related matters, including logistical
arrangements required for program delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of course completion rates, attendance and training results
in approved systems and records.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
Experience: Fresh graduate – 2 years
