Key responsibilities

  • System design and implementation: Create and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and support: Train managers and employees on performance management practices and provide resources to support their efforts.
  • Process management: Manage the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reviews and facilitating calibration sessions for fairness.
  • Problem resolution: Address issues related to performance appraisals, such as requests for re-evaluation, and handle them professionally.
  • Talent management: Collaborate with other HR teams to support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and use employee feedback to continuously improve performance management programs.
