Social Media Co-ordinator (beauty, fragrance or lifestyle)
One of our clients, a leading luxury perfume brand, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join their dynamic marketing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Head of Social Media to strengthen the brand’s presence across global social media platforms, with a special focus on the Latin American markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management
· Plan, create and schedule high quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, posts) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
· Ensure all content reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.
· Collaborate with photographers, designers and agencies to produce premium digital assets.
2. Market Specific Adaptation
· Develop and adapt content strategies for Latin American audiences, considering language, culture and market trends.
· Manage local creative teams in each assigned zone, while keeping the brand’s position intact.
3. Community Management
· Monitor and engage with followers, influencers and brand advocates across platforms.
· Respond promptly and appropriately to comments, messages and inquiries in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese (in collaborate with translators if required)
4. Campaign Coordination
· Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, collaborations and seasonal promotions.
· Assist in influencer outreach, partnerships and activations in Latin America or any other zone.
5. Analytics and Reporting
· Track performance metrics (engagement, each, conversions, follower growth).
· Prepare Weekly/Monthly reports and provide actionable insights to improve content strategy.
6. Brand Alignment
· Ensure consistent tone of voice, brand aesthetics and storytelling across social channels.
· Stay up to date with luxury, fashion and fragrance industry trends to maintain aspirational position.
Key Requirements:
a) Profile: Energetic candidate with UAE driving license
b) Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in social media management, preferably in beauty, fragrance or lifestyle brands.
c) Education: Minimum Bachelor’ degree preferred.
d) Communication & Skills: Fluency in English (fluency in Spanish is highly desirable), excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
e) Cultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of Latin American digital and cultural landscape.
f) Digital Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite etc). Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
g) Diligence: Highly organised, detail oriented and able to multitask in and fast paced environment.
