Social Media Manager – Skincare, Dubai
Join a luxury skincare brand dedicated to advancing skin health and barrier resilience through science-backed formulations and intentional storytelling. This role focuses on elevating the brand’s TikTok presence by developing and executing a content strategy tailored to a discerning audience. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai and possess a deep understanding of the skincare and beauty industry, with a proven track record of managing TikTok accounts for premium or luxury brands. You will be responsible for planning monthly content calendars, filming and editing high-quality videos, posting optimized content, engaging with the community, reporting on performance, and thoughtfully integrating relevant trends. The position requires hands-on content creation and in-person shoots, emphasizing credibility and authority within the skincare space.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand values and objectives
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule
- Film and edit engaging, high-quality TikTok videos on-site in Dubai
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion, using platform best practices
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and fostering audience interaction
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights
- Selectively integrate relevant TikTok trends that align with the brand’s positioning
- Build brand authority and foster an engaged, loyal audience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing TikTok accounts, ideally for skincare or beauty brands with luxury or premium positioning
- Demonstrated success in growing TikTok audiences and driving measurable results
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency with TikTok’s creative tools
- Deep understanding of skincare language, consumer concerns, and industry trends
- Based in Dubai and available for in-person filming and content creation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a refined, intentional brand voice
- Not seeking trend-driven creators, commercial content producers, or agency solutions
