As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and driven candidate to join our team and take the lead on branding, content creation, digital strategy, and campaign execution.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This includes overseeing campaigns across digital platforms, managing content creation, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective promotion of listings and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, web, print)
• Shoot video content with professional cameras
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, property listings, brochures, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote listings and generate qualified leads
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for property listings, agent branding, and social media marketing
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications
• Support planning and execution of events, property launches etc

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role (real estate experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
• Proficiency in content creation tools
• Experience with CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude
