Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR Centers of Excellence initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in managing talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential employee programs.
  • Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle.
  • Analyze workforce and HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of policies, frameworks, and processes related to talent and organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboard reporting to measure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic people initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture enhancement programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or HR Analytics.
  • Experience within healthcare or large, complex organizations is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of talent and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
