Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR Centers of Excellence initiatives and programs.
- Assist in managing talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential employee programs.
- Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle.
- Analyze workforce and HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of policies, frameworks, and processes related to talent and organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboard reporting to measure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic people initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture enhancement programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Develop reports, presentations, and business cases for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or HR Analytics.
- Experience within healthcare or large, complex organizations is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of talent and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
