Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment activities for our construction operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid experience hiring for technical and site-based roles within the building construction industry, along with a strong understanding of the UAE job market and recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
Work closely with department heads and project managers to understand manpower requirements for construction projects.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the selection and offer process.
Maintain candidate databases and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
Support onboarding and documentation for newly hired employees.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of UAE recruitment experience, preferably within the building construction industry.
Experience hiring for roles such as engineers, supervisors, project staff, and technical/site positions.
Good understanding of the UAE labor market and recruitment channels.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Must be available in the UAE.
