Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Talent Acquisition Lead with strong experience in the FX/CFD trading industry to drive global recruitment initiatives and build high-impact teams. This role requires deep understanding of the online trading ecosystem, including revenue-generating roles, regulated environments, multi-jurisdiction hiring, and fast-scaling business models. The TA Lead will report to the Global Head of HR and partner closely with executive leadership to deliver talent strategies aligned with growth targets, new market expansion, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning (FX/CFD Focused)
- Partner with C-level executives and department heads (Sales, Dealing, Risk, Marketing, Tech, Compliance) to understand commercial and operational hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with global expansion plans and regulatory licenses (e.g., ASIC, CySEC, FSA, FCA, etc.).
- Conduct talent mapping within competitor FX/CFD brokers and fintech firms.
End-to-End Recruitment (High-Performance Environment)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for both high-volume and niche roles.
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies across global markets (APAC, LATAM, MENA, EU).
- Ensure strong cultural alignment and performance-driven hiring standards.
- Maintain a premium candidate experience reflective of a global trading brand.
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Advisory
- Act as a strategic hiring advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Provide competitor benchmarking, compensation insights, and talent market intelligence within the FX/CFD industry.
- Advise on hiring risks related to regulatory requirements and licensing structures.
- Drive accountability on hiring timelines, SLAs, and workforce planning targets.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Position the company as an employer of choice within the global trading and fintech community.
- Strengthen visibility across LinkedIn, industry forums, trading events, and specialized recruitment channels.
- Develop targeted campaigns to attract relevant talent pool.
- Drive employee referral programs focused on industry networks.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report key recruitment KPIs including:
- Time-to-fill
- Cost-per-hire
- Quality-of-hire
- Offer acceptance rates
- Utilize ATS and analytics tools to improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support internal audit and regulatory documentation requirements where needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years experience operating as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead or Recruitment Manager within the FX/CFD, brokerage, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic hiring plans aligned to business growth, market expansion, and revenue objectives.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design.
- Strong understanding of revenue-generating roles (Sales, Retention, IB/Affiliates), Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Trading Technology functions within regulated environments.
- Experience leading talent mapping and competitor intelligence initiatives within the FX/CFD ecosystem.
- Experience hiring across multiple international markets and jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging ATS systems, recruitment metrics, and workforce data to influence hiring decisions.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and cost in high-growth environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
