ENPI Group is the leading manufacturer, supplier and distributor specialized in Packaging Solutions and Printing Products in the UAE, GCC, MENA and Africa. ENPI is a Part of Saudi Printing and packaging Company. (a public listed company in Saudi Arabia).

The Talent Acquisition & OD Lead is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment activities and supporting organizational development initiatives to enhance culture, employee engagement, and capability building. The role ensures the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent while driving key organization development programs aligned with business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles, ensuring strong talent pipelines across all workforce segments.
  • Responsible for utilizing various recruitment channels including job platforms, referrals etc. and in line with ENPI’s talent acquisition strategy.
  • Support and collaborate with the HR Leads and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and in line with the company’s recruitment policy; source and conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the role.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Update the manpower planning session required for ERFs on HR High Orbit platform, continuously update the existing data and coordinate between the hiring team and HR.
  • Maintain accuracy of records for all recruitment activities and the hiring process including the new joiners’ files.
  • Oversee the preparation of employment agreements and ensure safe keeping of recruitment files according to retention schedule.
  • Prepare employment agreements and coordinate for reference checks, documentation and preboarding formalities.
  • Coordinates background check and other elements of the hiring process.
  • Responsible for smooth onboarding of new joiners by following all areas of the onboarding process focusing on (compliance, clarification, culture and connection); create an engaging experience for new employees.
  • Always ensure a positive candidate experience and throughout the recruitment process.
  • Attend and participate in career and networking events and promote ENPI Group to job seekers and recent UAE graduates.
  • Assist and support the HR Director by providing regular updates on all recruitment activities and any ad hoc tasks when required. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruitment and Recruitment KPIs on monthly basis.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Support the rollout of OD initiatives including performance management, succession planning, competency frameworks, and individual development plans (PDP & PIP).
  • Analyze PMS data to identify training needs and support annual L&D planning.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, including surveys, action planning, pulse checks, and focus groups.
  • Support culture‑building initiatives that reinforce organizational values and desired behaviors.
  • Participate in job analysis, job evaluations, and updating job descriptions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment and organizational development, preferably in packaging or manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Public Administration / Business Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of all recruitment techniques and sourcing methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation skills for focus groups and training sessions.
  • Proven record of effectively meeting recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency in HR software and good presentation skills.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with collaborative approach.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
