Talent Acquisition Officer – Emirati Applicants
Job Purpose
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract, hire, and integrate high-quality talent in alignment with organizational needs. The role ensures a seamless hiring and onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and agree on timelines.
- Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role criteria.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
- Prepare and issue offer letters in line with organizational policies.
2. Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities including document collection and background checks.
- Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation and system entries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin) to ensure readiness for new joiners.
- Support new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Address new joiner queries and provide guidance on policies and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
