Talent Acquisition Officer – Emirati Applicants

Job Purpose

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract, hire, and integrate high-quality talent in alignment with organizational needs. The role ensures a seamless hiring and onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and agree on timelines.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate channels.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role criteria.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters in line with organizational policies.

2. Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities including document collection and background checks.
  • Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation and system entries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin) to ensure readiness for new joiners.
  • Support new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Address new joiner queries and provide guidance on policies and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
