Talent Acquisition Specialist – Emiratisation

The Talent Acquisition specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring for Emiratization and Hilti’s Internship program across Middle East. The role will focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across site-based and corporate roles, ensuring the business has the right people in place to deliver projects successfully and on time

What You’ll Do

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and support to implement a recruitment strategy aligned with business growth plans to drive our program hiring.
• Partner with senior management to understand workforce planning requirements.
• Forecast hiring needs across projects and departments.
  

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer
• Source candidates for site roles (Project Managers, Engineers, Finance,…)
• Oversee advertising, agency management, direct sourcing, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and manage offer negotiations.
• Manage campus recruitment
  

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with project directors and department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to leadership.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  

What You’ll Bring

• UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources a related discipline.
• Experience in managing program roles such as internships
• Proven experience in Emiratization and recruitment and campus hiring
• Strong knowledge of localisation regulations, MOHRE procedures, and UAE labor laws.
• Hands-on experience with Workday / Avature or any other ATS system is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
