Role Description The Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and producing video content for digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and live-streaming initiatives. Daily tasks include setting up cameras and lighting, capturing high-quality footage, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, and ensuring that video assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. The Videographer will also support pre-production tasks such as location scouting and shot planning, and coordinate closely with editors to deliver polished content within deadlines.

Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, managing workflows, and coordinating with creative and marketing teams.
- Proficient camera operation skills, with hands-on experience using professional cameras and related equipment.
- Solid understanding of lighting techniques for studio and on-location shooting to achieve consistent visual quality.
- Proven ability in shooting video content tailored for digital platforms, social media, and live-streaming formats.
- Experience working in fast-paced digital or social media environments; familiarity with TikTok and influencer-driven content is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to collaborate effectively with editors.
- Strong communication skills, ability to follow creative briefs, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communications, or a related field is preferred.
