Administrative & Digital Marketing Executive (Immediate Joining)

About the Role

Finovative Gulf is looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Administrative & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. We are seeking an all-rounder who can efficiently manage office administration while supporting our digital marketing and online business operations.Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
• Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Design marketing materials, social media posts, flyers, and promotional content.
• Create and edit short videos and reels for advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate video shoots and basic photography for marketing purposes.
• Manage online platforms such as Amazon, Tradeling, Noon, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Update website content and coordinate with developers when required.
• Maintain company records, reports, and administrative files.
• Assist management with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
• Perform other office management duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration and digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design software.
• Experience in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or equivalent.
• Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Tradeling, Noon, or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
