About the Job
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and workforce planning tools to support effective workforce management and informed decision-making.
- Lead recruitment activities for roles up to middle management level (10–7), including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure quality hires.
- Manage colleague welfare programs, including accommodation arrangements, clinic operations, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance the colleague experience.
- Support employee relations by conducting exit interviews, providing coaching and counseling, and assisting managers with investigations and disciplinary matters.
- Liaise with government authorities to process employment-related documentation, licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements in a timely manner.
- Oversee colleague services and facilities, including the cafeteria and HR team operations, ensuring high service standards, continuous improvement, and team development.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
