Business Development Specialist (B2C) – Home and Residential – Befit
Al Khayyat Investments is seeking a Business Development Specialist – Home and Residential to join our Fitness Division in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will focus on driving direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, expanding market reach, and growing our customer base for premium fitness equipment and wellness products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2C sales through retail channels, showrooms, events, and direct client engagement.
- Identify and develop relationships with personal buyers, fitness professionals, influencers, and wellness-focused clients.
- Represent global fitness brands in consumer-facing events and retail activations.
- Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns tailored for local market needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert consultation to prospective customers.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence to support growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in retail or B2C sales, preferably within fitness, architecture and interior design
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- UAE nationals preferred.
