Associate Manager – Operations
Role Summary
The Associate Manager – Operations will be supporting the Operations Team by ensuring smooth communication,accurate reporting, and efficient administrative coordination between the Head Office, stores, and other. departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the execution of company-wide initiatives.
ROLE PROFILE
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between various internal departments.
- Act as a point of contact between Stores, Operations, and other Head Office teams.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive communication materials for stores and other business areas.
- Ensure all information is clear, structured, and aligned with operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain various operational performance reports.
- Support the team in analyzing KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Process and follow up on customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field (Preferred).
- Previous experience in retail operations, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented thinking.
