About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting COO to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief, including calendar management, meeting coordination, task prioritization, and overall time optimization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Organize complex travel arrangements and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, materials, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information and confidential documents with the highest level of care and discretion.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Chief and senior leadership, coordinating with departments to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, representing the office in a professional manner.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 5 – 7 years’ experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information, with the ability to manage stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
