Job Description

This full-time, on-site Digital Marketing & Content Specialist role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The specialist will manage AST Advanced Energy Solutions LLC’s digital presence, including social media, content creation, photography, videography, video editing and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing social media accounts and content calendars.
• Creating and publishing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Filming and photographing solar installations, project sites, events and company activities.
• Editing short-form videos, Reels, project showcases, interviews and educational content.
• Writing content in English and Arabic for different platforms and audiences.
• Managing or supporting Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and SEM campaigns.
• Monitoring website, social media and advertising performance using analytics tools.
• Working with sales, engineering and management teams to ensure content is accurate, clear and aligned with company objectives.
• Maintaining consistent branding and supporting lead generation and customer engagement.
• Travelling to project sites across the UAE when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Strong photography, videography and video-editing skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut or equivalent.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM and digital analytics.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver content from concept to publication.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating personally created photography, video and social media content is required.
