We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist to strengthen Dautom’s digital presence, build brand awareness, generate engagement, and position Dautom as an employer and technology partner of choice.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, driving online engagement, and enhancing Dautom’s corporate and employer brand.
You’ll work closely with leadership, HR, recruitment, and business teams to promote our services, people, culture, and industry expertise across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online engagement.
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
- Support lead generation campaigns through organic and paid marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing activities to promote Dautom’s technology consulting, workforce solutions, and managed services.
- Monitor digital marketing trends and recommend new ideas to improve brand visibility.
- Work closely with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow Dautom’s presence across:
- LinkedIn (Primary Platform)
- YouTube
Responsibilities include:
- Content planning and scheduling
- Social media calendar management
- Community engagement
- Campaign execution
- Audience growth strategies
- Paid social media campaign coordination
- Social media analytics and reporting
Content Marketing
Create engaging, high-quality content including:
- Social media posts
- Blogs and articles
- Corporate announcements
- Employee success stories
- Client success stories
- Infographics
- Case studies
- Email marketing content
- Short-form videos and reels
- Leadership interviews
- Event coverage
Ensure all content aligns with Dautom’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Showcase Dautom’s culture, values, employee experiences, and workplace initiatives.
- Create employee testimonials and success stories.
- Promote recruitment campaigns across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to strengthen Dautom’s employer brand.
Leadership Branding
- Build executive visibility on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Create thought leadership content for company leaders.
- Highlight company achievements, technology insights, hiring initiatives, and industry trends.
- Support leadership communication and personal branding initiatives.
Online Reputation Management
Manage and strengthen Dautom’s online reputation across:
- Google Business Profile
- Glassdoor
- AmbitionBox
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring reviews and ratings
- Responding professionally to feedback
- Encouraging employee and client reviews
- Tracking reputation metrics
- Implementing strategies to improve employer ratings
Photography & Video Content
- Capture office events, employee activities, client visits, and company celebrations.
- Record employee and leadership interviews.
- Produce engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Coordinate video editing and creative production.
Requirements
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience in Technology, IT Services, Consulting, Staffing, SaaS, or Professional Services is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn as a primary marketing channel.
- Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns is an advantage.
- Experience creating visual and video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
