Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s accounting and tax services, including email campaigns, social media activities, and online advertising. The Digital Marketing Executive will manage social media accounts, create and update web content, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Daily tasks include monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to increase reach and engagement. The role also involves staying up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience in social media marketing, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform-specific strategies.
- Competence in web content writing, with the ability to produce concise and accurate digital copy aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and present actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a professional services, accounting, or consultancy environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
