About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is curious, creative, organized, and ready to learn what it takes to grow modern brands.
You’ll work across Kurtains, Floorz, and Makan Home, supporting content, paid social ads, campaigns, influencers, emails, websites, reporting, and day-to-day marketing execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves ideas, but also knows how to make things happen.
What You’ll Do
- Create organic content across our different verticals, from ideas and hooks to captions, publishing, and community-facing content.
- Develop paid social ad creatives for Meta and TikTok, including concepts, scripts, copy, visual direction, and creative variations.
- Plan, shoot, create, and edit short-form video and static content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, campaign timelines, and content trackers.
- Support influencer marketing, from creator research and outreach to briefing, follow-ups, deliverable tracking, and performance review.
- Support campaign execution across launches, promotions, seasonal moments, email, website, and paid channels.
- Help with website content updates, landing pages, SEO basics, newsletters, and automated flows.
- Track content and campaign performance, spot insights, and use learnings to make the next idea sharper.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, design, and external partners to keep marketing projects moving.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong English writing skills and the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
- Arabic is a strong plus.
- A good eye for content, visuals, trends, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads, SEO, email marketing, or analytics is a plus.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Drive, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera is a plus.
