About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director – Hotel Marketing to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Develop annual marketing strategy, aligning with sales and marketing teams, communications, brand and digital.
  • Oversee the marketing budgets, ensuring marketing activities and the use of external marketing agencies are aligned.
  • Grow, inspire, and develop the marketing team, setting standards for best practice and running a high performing marketing team.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to oversee direct channel marketing programs- ensuring these initiatives are measurably impacting revenue.
  • Interact with the Regional Vice President of MEASA Sales & Marketing as well as the General Managers for regional & Dubai wide campaigns.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bringing 10–12 years of experience in hospitality marketing, ideally within luxury hotel brands, with a strong track record of developing and executing annual marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrates advanced capability in Microsoft Office, alongside solid technical knowledge of photography, film, rich media, print production, and core digital marketing areas including SEO, PPC, search, and GDS.
  • Possesses practical understanding of property management systems and databases such as CRM platforms, Oracle environments, and guest data warehouses, with a full grasp of the end‑to‑end guest purchasing journey.
  • Known for strong leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, adaptability, excellent communication, delegation skills, and the ability to drive teams toward results.
  • Applies analytical thinking and quantitative skills to manage budgets effectively, make data‑driven decisions, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
