Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives in real estate valuation services.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements relevant to real estate valuation services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.

3. Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing, including calculation of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Address payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

4. Invoicing and Accounts Receivables:

  • Generate and send monthly invoices to clients for real estate valuation services rendered.
  • Monitor accounts receivables aging and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and expedite collections.

5. End-to-End Accounts Management:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and supplier reconciliations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of financial transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Implement efficient processes and controls for accounts management to streamline operations and mitigate risks.

6. Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and investment decisions.
  • Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize cash resources and minimize financial risks.

7. Financial Control and Risk Management:

  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to real estate valuation services, such as market fluctuations and regulatory changes.
  • Implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s financial interests.

8. Strategic Financial Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial plans and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships in the real estate valuation sector.
