Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be able to learn and gain experience on all aspects of Marketing through shadowing various team members and working on specific tasks assigned. These tasks could include but not be limited to support on administrative/ operational tasks, reporting, data collation and analytics, presentations, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the department on a range of services/ initiatives.
  • Participates in the implementation and execution of department directives, tasks, initiatives and programs (such as, team building, internal staff meetings, trainings, etc.)
  • Entering data and maintaining databases (as required), organize electronic folders and documents by collaborating with all departments to ensure timely communication and consolidation of data and requirements.
  • Collects, analyzes and interprets a wide variety of data to support team members in the development of business reports and presentations.
  • Support the team with creation of weekly and monthly reports, as assigned.
  • Support in the development of Policies, Procedures and SLAs, as required.
  • Analyzing existing systems, policies and processes and offering new ideas for improvement.
  • Working on projects assigned and presenting project findings to team members and/or senior leaders.
  • Ensure that the confidentiality and sensitivity of information and data is fully protected and respected, maintaining appropriate levels of security and control.
  • Suggest and recommend new initiatives, ideas, and actions to the management that enhance and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a consistent, accurate and timely manner.
  • Build up an understanding of the full breadth of the function and the organization, by taking on new tasks assigned and engaging with other departments/ team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications or related field.
  • Entry level / 0–1-year experience in a relevant role/ as an intern, is an advantage
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in Marketing.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skill.
