Job title: Head Nurse, Endoscopy

In this role, you will lead the nursing team within the endoscopy department, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit, staff development, and maintaining compliance with clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the scheduling and coordination of endoscopy procedures.
– Manage and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
– Ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care during endoscopic procedures.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures for the endoscopy unit.
– Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
– Collaborate with physicians and other departments to optimize patient outcomes.
– Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training for staff.
– Address patient concerns and ensure a positive patient experience.
