Job Description
Al Douri Group is looking for a HR Executive.
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle. This role supports organizational objectives by ensuring effective workforce planning, talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Strategic & Advisory:
- Support senior management in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development matters.
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand.
Performance Management & Development:
- Administer performance appraisal systems and support goal-setting processes.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support leadership development and career progression frameworks.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- Support engagement initiatives and employee feedback mechanisms.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support:
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Support salary benchmarking and annual review processes.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review.
Policy & Process Management:
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (experience level may vary by organization size).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
