Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within our company. Key Responsibilities:
- – Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company’s goals and objectives
- – Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates
- – Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- – Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- – Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- – Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- – Manage payroll and benefits administration
- – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- – Identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns within the company
- – Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
- – Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- – Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries
- – Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- – Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- – Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- – Strong organizational and time-management skills
- – Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- – Fluency in English, both written and verbal
