Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for an HR Officer (Recruiter). The HR Officer will be responsible for leading recruitment initiatives, developing job descriptions, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role also includes collaborating with different departments to fulfill staffing needs, supporting HR management processes, and maintaining an efficient and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management practices
- Experience in developing, implementing, and improving HR Policies
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) functions and regulations
- Ability to handle Employee Relations with professionalism and resolve workplace concerns effectively
- Skills in creating and refining Job Descriptions tailored to organizational needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the UAE is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment and HR operations in the UAE market is an advantage
