We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Fujairah. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and role requirements
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media)
- Source and screen candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience
- Stay up to date with labor legislation and recruitment trends
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Based in Fujairah or willing to relocate
