Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Conduct headhunting activities to identify and approach passive candidates through professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.
· Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
· Write engaging and inclusive job advertisements to attract the best candidates.
· Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
· Update Masterfile on regular basis and monitor any visa renewals or any employee document expiry.
· Handle the HR operations and reply to employees’ requests and inquiries.
· Handle the HR administration and create HR letters, salary certificates and NOCs.
· Use the DDA system to renew visas, issue any document from the free zone, and update employees database on it.
· Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
· Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
· Monitor reimbursement and deduction approvals from line managers and attach it to payroll.
· Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
· Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
· Administer health insurance programs, update the list of employees, and coordinator with insurance company in case any employee has an inquiry or request.
· Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
· Nurture a positive working environment
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Good understanding on UAE Labor Law

- Proven working experience as HR specialist/Generalist
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labour law
