Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and talent selection processes.
- Manage employment documentation (contracts, letters, certificates).
- Support the onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Help manage absences, vacations, and leave requests.
- Maintain and update employee databases and records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR platforms/tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
- Fluency in English
