What will I be doing?
As the Human Resources Executive, you will:
- Support the HR department in administrative tasks including onboarding, record keeping, and internal communication.
- Champion learning and development by planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs and orientation sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date training calendars and records, ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards.
- Assist with performance management processes, internal recognition, and engagement programs.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and deliver development opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel’s values, supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in HR and/or Learning & Development within a hotel or service-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
- A proactive, approachable attitude with a passion for team culture and development.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
