We’re Hiring: HR Executive | Alucor | UAE

Are you an HR operations professional who knows UAE labour law inside out from visa processing and MOHRE submissions to contract management, staff accommodation, and CICPA pass tracking? Alucor is looking for an HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at our UAE Head Office.

What You’ll Do:

As our HR Executive, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, visa and immigration coordination, labour contract drafting and MOHRE compliance, end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, medical insurance administration, and WPS management. You’ll also oversee labour and staff accommodation administration, manage CICPA pass renewals and tracking, operate the DubaiTrade portal, and conduct periodic project site visits for HR-related matters. You’ll serve as the primary liaison with UAE government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, CICPA, and DubaiTrade.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4 – 6 years of hands-on HR operations experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and immigration regulations
• Experience with visa processing, labour contracts, and government liaison (MOHRE, GDRFA, CICPA)
• Experience with labour/staff accommodation administration and compliance
• Familiarity with DubaiTrade portal and CICPA pass processes
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and UAE government portals
• Willingness to conduct periodic project site visits
• Excellent English and Hindi communication; Arabic will be an advantage
