Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
  • Liaise with department heads to identify manpower needs and build talent pipelines
  • Conduct employee orientation and manage onboarding processes

2. Employee Records & HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR data

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with Finance for accurate payroll processing
  • Maintain leave records, attendance, and overtime data
  • Support in managing employee benefits programs and resolving related queries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role, preferably within UAE
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
