Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
- Liaise with department heads to identify manpower needs and build talent pipelines
- Conduct employee orientation and manage onboarding processes
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR data
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with Finance for accurate payroll processing
- Maintain leave records, attendance, and overtime data
- Support in managing employee benefits programs and resolving related queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role, preferably within UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
