We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team on a 6-month internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain broad exposure across the HR function while supporting the everyday processes that keep a fast-paced, multi-brand hospitality business moving.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who are currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. This internship offers hands-on exposure across a range of HR areas, with a particular focus on supporting the onboarding process, people relations, and employee engagement initiatives — a great opportunity to build practical experience across the employee journey.

As the role involves supporting a range of HR functions and administrative processes, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work and data entry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agility and confidence in working across different systems and technology platforms.
• An agile, curious learner with a genuine willingness to gain exposure across various areas of Human Resources.
• A genuine willingness to learn and gain exposure across various areas of Human Resources.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
