Job Purpose::
The HR Operations Specialist is solely responsible for daily operations and supervises clients and outsourcing employees. The primary objective is to provide assistance in managing all HR procedures and maintain a smooth day-to-day HR operation in order to achieve the company’s goals.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in numerous human resource disciplines, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and labor regulations.
