Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding new hires and updating employee records
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed
- Assist in payroll processing, including data entry and reviewing time records
- Support final settlement procedures for offboarding employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a bonus
