About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager ā Performance Marketing to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Take the lead in shaping high-impact performance marketing strategies, driving results across paid search, metasearch, paid social, and programmatic display in partnership with top-tier agencies and internal teams.
- Own and optimise digital channels with precisionārefining bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative rotation to maximise ROI and accelerate growth.
- Turn data into action by analysing campaign dashboards, conducting quarterly performance reviews, and implementing improvement plans that unlock new opportunities.
- Fuel digital growth across .com platforms, delivering measurable results across rooms, wellbeing, F&B, and other key portfolio areas through smart budget management and strategic pacing.
- Champion innovation and team development, leading A/B testing initiatives and building a high-performing performance marketing team through structured growth plans and talent pipelines.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 8ā10 years of performance marketing expertise, ideally in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or tech sectors.
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and metasearch, with a strong track record in campaign execution.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration, agency management, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, product, and media.
- Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in CRO, A/B testing, and using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to drive performance.
- Commercially driven and results-focused, with solid experience in budget planning, pacing, and optimising spend for maximum ROI.
