Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to manage the company’s online presence and strengthen brand engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, growing the online community, and supporting marketing campaigns in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Develop reels, short videos, posts, captions, and stories aligned with the brand identity.
Coordinate with the design and sales teams to produce property-related content.
Plan and execute content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.

2. Social Media Management

Manage and monitor all company social media accounts.
Schedule and publish posts consistently.
Track performance metrics and prepare simple monthly reports.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

3. Community Management

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers to increase interaction and build strong online relationships.
Monitor online reputation and escalate important matters when needed.

4. Campaigns & Lead Support

Support marketing campaigns, launches, and property promotions.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups generated through social media.
Promote events, roadshows, and company activities online.

5. Trend Monitoring & Growth

Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Suggest creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
Monitor competitors and propose improvement strategies.


Requirements

Previous experience in social media management or content creation (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong photography and videography skills (basic editing knowledge required).
Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.


Desired Skills and Experience
