This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Sr. Manager – Marketing(Bilingual) to join our team in Sharjah, where you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for Alef Group real estate projects in the UAE.

Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager – Marketing will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the company’s real estate projects in the UAE, focusing on market research, product positioning, and sales enablement to drive project visibility, align with market trends, and support business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities.
  • Define marketing positioning and value propositions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Brand Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of branding, advertising, and communication plans for all projects.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
  • Lead the creation of marketing assets including brochures, presentations, websites, videos, and sales tools.

Campaign Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan & execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to manage online presence, paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and KPIs.

Project Launches & Events

  • Lead the planning and execution of project launches including events & exhibitions.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including development, design, and sales teams.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Mentor, manage, and develop a team to deliver high-quality work

Budget & Reporting

  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources while maximizing ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Educational Qualification, Work Experience, and Skills Required:

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).

Work Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within the real estate industry in the UAE/GCC.
  • Must have experience in managing large marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns.

Skills required:

  • Proven track record in project launches, brand campaigns, and lead generation.
