Job Description
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/ initiatives for Patient Care Solutions products (PCS)
- Supervise the PCS Marketing team and provide guidance and feedback to the marketing professionals and extended functions
- Drive execution of annual marketing plan and go to market strategy
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Plan and execute campaigns for segment activities, timely launching of new products and install base initiatives
- Drive market intelligence, market sizing, competitive intelligence and portfolio segmentation
- Drive sales enablement through content creation and library availability to ensure all content is up to date and available to both direct and indirect colleagues
- Execute quarterly communications from newsletters to townhalls to social media brand/product awareness
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources amongst initiatives to ensure maximum ROI.
- Maintain brand standards and ensures compliance throughout external content
- Build Key opinion leaders’ data base to leverage from insights, events and campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to unify sales and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a marketing director in the Healthcare sector
- Degree in marketing, communication, or similar relevant field
- In depth knowledge of market research
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Expertise in CRMs such as Sales force.com, DOMO and Power BI
