Content Creator (French speaker)

As we continue to grow our marketing operations, we are looking for a structured and business-oriented Content Creator to join our in-house team.

This role is not about posting content.

It is about creating content that drives engagement, generates qualified leads, and strengthens the credibility of our brand across multiple business lines.

Role Objective

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing and managing content across different platforms and activities within the group (real estate, corporate services, investment).

The objective is clear: build visibility, generate leads, and support business growth through high-quality and structured content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce high-quality content across social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials

• Work closely with brokers and internal teams to produce property videos, listings, and business-related content

• Adapt content formats, tone, and messaging depending on the platform, audience, and business line

• Translate market insights into clear, engaging, and valuable content

• Maintain structured content calendars across all channels

• Monitor performance and optimize content based on data (not vanity metrics)

• Support marketing campaigns with strong written and visual assets

• Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, videographers, designers) when required

Ideal Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate or a business-driven environment

• Strong storytelling skills (visual and written)

• Fluent in French and English

• Clear understanding of how content converts into engagement and qualified leads

• Able to handle multiple projects with structure and discipline

• Creative but business-oriented

You are able to:

• Adapt content across different formats, platforms, and business activities

• Understand that each audience requires a different approach

• Turn raw input from brokers or management into structured, high-performing content

• Extract the best from internal teams and turn it into valuable content

• Bring organization, clarity, and consistency into content production
