Role Description
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination — posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Assist with payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of relevant experience, ideally combining EA/PA work with HR exposure.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in administrative assistance and office administration
- Experience with office equipment management
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
