We’re Hiring: OPD Head Nurse – Medcare Hospital, Sharjah

Medcare Hospital (Sharjah Branch) is looking for an experienced and dynamic OPD Head Nurse to join our team immediately.

Location: Sharjah, UAEPosition: OPD Head NurseAvailability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, with strong exposure in Outpatient Department (OPD) operations

Must hold a valid MOH or DHA license (MOH preferred for Sharjah)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong knowledge of patient care standards, clinical protocols, and quality assurance

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily OPD nursing operations and ensure smooth workflow

Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies

Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

Coordinate with doctors and other departments for efficient service delivery
