We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis in Dubai. In this role, you’ll build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across our portfolio — championing diversity of hire and ensuring we consistently secure the right talent for the right roles

• esManage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple brand
• s.Source, screen, and assess candidates through a range of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcin
• g.Build diverse talent pipelines and champion inclusive hiring across every searc
• h.Gather market insights and hiring trends and share with the Talent Acquisition Manage
• r.Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and reference check managemen
• t.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirement
• s.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journe
• y.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaign

Qualificati

• onsMinimum 3 years of recruitment experience within lifestyle hospitality; pre-opening recruitment experience is highly preferr
• ed.A strong instinct for identifying and assessing talent within the lifestyle hospitality spa
• ce.Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environme
• nt.Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologi
