Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. The Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications

• Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with training and development
• Knowledge of recruitment policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Experience in recruitment in the real estate industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
