We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Secondary Market to lead and scale our resale division.

The Role

As Sales Manager – Secondary Market, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and driving a team of real estate agents focused on ready/resale properties across Dubai.

This is a senior leadership role. We are not looking for junior profiles.

You will take ownership of:

• Managing and mentoring a team of secondary market agents
• Driving listings, closings, and overall sales performance
• Setting KPIs and ensuring accountability
• Supporting agents in negotiations and high-value deal closures
• Growing the resale portfolio and strengthening owner relationships
• Building a structured, high-performance secondary division

Requirements

We are looking for a strong leader with proven Dubai market experience.

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
• Proven track record in the Dubai secondary market
• Previous background as a real estate agent in Dubai is essential
• Strong team management and performance coaching skills
• Experience managing targets, KPIs, and high-performing teams
• Management experience in another industry is considered a plus
• A degree in Management, Business, or related field is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, polished presentation and leadership presence

Important:

We are not considering candidates with less than 3 years management experience in the Dubai real estate market.
